We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior System & Infrastructure Engineer to be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

What You'll Do:

• Manage, maintain, and upgrade Active Directory environments and Windows Server infrastructure.

• Manage and operate the Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID, permissions, identities, security, and cloud services.

• Work with AWS in a hybrid environment and integrate On-Prem systems with cloud services.

• Manage and implement Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Services and Microsoft Broker.

• Implement and deploy SSO solutions, work with Microsoft Authenticator, and manage advanced authentication mechanisms.

• Manage backup environments using Veeam Backup & Replication, including Replication, DR processes, and disaster recovery.

• Establish, maintain, and operate a Disaster Recovery site.

• Implement information security hardening, address gaps identified in security assessments, and implement Zero Trust principles.

• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform Root Cause Analysis, and lead long-term solutions.

• Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations in a complex enterprise environment.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience as a System Administrator in complex organizations.

• Hands-on, in-depth experience with Active Directory and Windows Server upgrades from 2016 to 2022/2025.

• Significant experience managing Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA, and Conditional Access.

• Hands-on experience working with AWS and Azure in cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.

• Proven experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, including Replication and DR processes.

• Hands-on experience managing and operating Check Point Firewalls.

• Hands-on experience working with Cisco Meraki networking equipment.
