About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join a complex technology project focused on the analysis and design of large-scale WEB systems and cross-organizational business processes.

The role covers the full lifecycle — from requirements gathering and analysis of business and technological processes, through functional and technical specification, development and testing support, to implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing collaboration with customers and internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and design complex information systems and cross-organizational business and technological processes

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from customers, users, and business and technology stakeholders

• Write detailed functional and technical specifications for development and QA teams

• Define UX, screens, interfaces, and data structures

• Design and support integration processes and Web Services

• Define and document Web Services, scripts, and jobs

• Work with processing and control processes using Control-M

• Support the full development, testing, and implementation lifecycle

• Provide professional support for production issues and ongoing requirements

• Work according to Agile methodologies

• Manage multiple interfaces with development, QA, customers, and business stakeholders

• Lead tasks and processes from requirements gathering through implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst

• Proven experience analyzing and designing complex information systems

• Proven experience writing functional and technical specifications

• Experience analyzing business and technological processes

• Strong analytical and systemic thinking skills

• Proven experience working with customers and business and technology stakeholders

• Ability to independently lead processes and tasks end-to-end

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management with a specialization in Information Systems, or Information Systems Management.

Relevant alternative education combined with professional training in Information Systems may also be considered.
