Senior Technical Account Manager

We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead the technical relationship with our customers, device manufacturers, and technology partners.

The role is highly technical but does not require software development. Responsibilities • Be the main technical contact for customers and partners.

• Understand customer needs and turn them into clear technical requirements.

• Lead device, firmware, API, and platform integrations.

• Troubleshoot issues and solve as much as possible before involving R&D.

• Work directly with OEM engineering teams on Android permissions, APIs, platform signing, SELinux, and device-specific requirements.

• Coordinate between customers, Product, R&D, QA, and Sales.

• Manage integration projects from requirements through testing and production.

• Keep customers updated and proactively identify blockers and next steps. Requirements • Strong technical background and troubleshooting skills.

• Good understanding of Android, APIs, devices, and software integrations.

• Experience working directly with customers or technology partners.

• Strong communication and project ownership.

• Ability to manage several technical projects in parallel.

• Excellent English.

Experience with MDM, Android OEMs, embedded systems, telecom, digital signage, or Smart TVs is a strong advantage.
