Senior Unity Developer

About Us:

Currently our Group is building a new mobile gaming studio venture in Israel that is

leveraging the expertise and milestones achieved across the organization. The Group is looking for Senior Unity Developer - Mobile Games to join our core team and help build the product from the ground up.

About The Role:

This is a hands-on role for an experienced mobile game developer who can turn game and product concepts into playable, polished, production-ready experiences.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Build core gameplay mechanics and systems using Unity and C#

• Develop player flows, challenges, progression, rewards, missions, currencies, and unlocks

• Rapidly turn concepts into playable prototypes and iterate based on gameplay

• Implement game UI, animations, transitions, feedback, haptics, and game-feel elements

• Integrate backend APIs, analytics platforms, and third-party SDKs

• Optimize performance, loading times, memory usage, and stability across iOS and Android

• Work closely with Design and Product

• Own features from early prototype through production

Who You Are:

• 4+ years of professional Unity development experience

• Strong proficiency in C# and Unity

• Experience developing mobile games for iOS and Android

• Strong experience with gameplay systems, game UI, and interactive flows

• Experience integrating APIs, analytics, and third-party SDKs

• Strong understanding of mobile optimization and profiling

• Ability to independently turn ideas into high-quality implementations

• Strong ownership and ability to thrive in an early-stage environment
