Spaceplay delivers interactive entertainment to hundreds of thousands of active users globally. Headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv, we are looking for an experienced Unity Developer with an AI-first mindset to help build our next generation of gaming features and new juicy mechanics.

You will join an engineering team building high-scale, real-time game systems - leveraging LLMs for complex logic, automating workflows, and deploying AI agents to continuously elevate how we write code and ship products.

Responsibilities

• Own feature delivery end-to-end, from initial system design and data management through to production deployment.

• Architect and build client-side features while integrating LLMs into both daily development processes and overarching system design.

• Leverage data-driven insights to resolve production issues and optimize game performance across all mobile devices.

• Manage the integration of native plugins and key third-party services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.

• Proven track record developing juicy gameplay with Unity on mobile platforms.

• Strong background in object-oriented programming (OOP), including design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.

• Deep proficiency in C# (or equivalent OOP languages) and memory management.

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar frameworks).

• Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Advantages

• Practical AI engineering experience, specifically building agentic or autonomous frameworks.

• Experience in high-scale, data-driven environments (e.g., Firebase, metrics, and player analytics).
