Senior User Interface Designer

Senior UI Designer | Hadera | Hybrid

Mobile Group is a leading Israeli tech company specializing in Cyber-Embedded, AI & Data Mining, IoT, and Automotive Tech. We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our UX Group and design interfaces for advanced, complex, and information-rich systems.

This is a dedicated UI Design role, not a general UX/UI position. We are looking for a highly visual and creative designer with strong experience developing UI concepts, visual languages, and polished interfaces for complex digital products.

The role involves close collaboration with UX, Product, and Development teams, as well as working with Design Systems and incorporating AI tools into the design workflow.

What will you do?

• Design high-quality user interfaces for complex, advanced, and information-rich systems

• Create UI concepts and develop visual languages for digital products

• Define and maintain visual consistency across products and interfaces

• Work with Design Systems and component libraries

• Collaborate closely with UX, Product, and Development teams

• Translate visual concepts into practical solutions while considering technical constraints and capabilities

• Use AI tools as part of the design process and workflow

• Take ownership of UI design processes from concept through implementation

Requirements

• B.A. or equivalent degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Architecture, or a related design field

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI Design / Product Design with a strong UI focus

• Proven experience designing UI for complex systems

• Strong visual design skills, with proven experience developing UI concepts and visual languages

• Advanced proficiency in Figma

• Proven experience working with Design Systems and component libraries

• Experience using and integrating AI tools into the design workflow

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

• Ability to work closely with Development teams and understand technical constraints and capabilities

• Portfolio is mandatory, demonstrating strong UI design capabilities and relevant experience with complex systems
