What are we looking for? ✔ Academic degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems. ✔ 2+ years of experience in systems implementation or systems analysis. ✔ Significant advantage for hands-on familiarity with the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform. ✔ Advantage for technical knowledge in JavaScript and Angular. ✔ Strong leadership skills, systemic thinking, and proven experience working in a matrix environment.
