ServiceNow Team Lead & Cross-Organizational Technology Projects | Central Israel

Mertens – Malam Team is hiring a ServiceNow Team Lead for a healthcare organization in Central Israel, combining hands-on ServiceNow expertise, team leadership, and ownership of complex cross-organizational technology projects

Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for managing, analyzing, implementing, and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform

Leading business process improvement and optimization initiatives

Building the ServiceNow roadmap and leading expansion, upgrade, and new module implementation projects

Working with ServiceNow, SAP, SaaS, AI, and Automation technologies

Leading integrations with core systems and enterprise applications

Implementing COTS solutions

Managing and leading cross-organizational technology projects

Managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and scope

Managing a technology team of up to 5 employees

Working with vendors and integrators

Leading RFP processes

Requirements:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing, analyzing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions

Proven experience leading complex, cross-organizational technology projects in a large organization

Experience managing development, implementation, or infrastructure teams

Experience managing vendors and external partners

Experience leading integrations with core systems and enterprise applications

Broad understanding of enterprise architecture

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are an advantage

Experience with AI and Automation is an advantage
