Job Location:

Migdal Ha‘emek is located in the North of Israel.

The factory in Migdal Ha'emek was established in 1996 and has approximately 300 employees.

Vishay Capacitors are embedded in various industries: Automotive, Telecom, Computers, Medical, Military, etc.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Receiving and inspecting packaged material destined for shipment

• Scanning and verifying batches, carts, and pallets within information systems

• Preparing shipments in accordance with customer orders, work instructions, and packaging requirements

• Performing batch packaging, vacuum packaging, palletizing, and specialized packaging as needed

• Accurately marking, labeling, and identifying packages and pallets

• Handling urgent batches and shipments according to established priorities

• Managing problematic batches in coordination with the Taping, Reel Inspection, and QA departments

• Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area

What Will You Bring Along

• At least 12 years of schooling.

• Training in logistics or international trade – an advantage.

• Experience in a shipping warehouse, logistics, or distribution – an advantage. Experience with international shipping and export documentation – a significant advantage.

• Experience working with SAP, AS-400, WMS, or similar systems – an advantage.

• Good command of Hebrew; ability to read and understand basic shipping documents in English.

• Strong organizational skills, precision, a sense of responsibility, teamwork capabilities, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, service orientation, and problem-solving skills.
