Simulation and Algorithms System Engineer (ITB)

For our site in Holon, we are looking for a System Engineer to lead the development of simulation systems for command and control in the air defense domain

If you bring systems thinking, deep specification capabilities, and a passion for air defense – come take part in a key development project, where you will lead cross-disciplinary engineering processes with a direct impact on some of the world's most advanced active defense systems

In this role you will

Write specifications based on surveys, customer deliverables and system-level requirements

Characterize and support system engineering processes, define and implement active defense system modules

Conduct performance research on various topics, analyze results and write summary reports

Collaborate with additional system engineering teams

Work with development teams to integrate processes and algorithms into simulation systems

Lead integration, testing and validation processes with development engineers

Present processes and algorithms to the customer

Lead design reviews and performance research

Requirements

B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering / Physics / Systems Engineering / Software Engineering

At least 2 years of experience in system engineering roles within complex software systems

Experience in writing specifications for complex systems

Experience in writing test procedures for software development

Familiarity with air defense systems - advantage

Familiarity with TFS/Azure - advantage

Very high level of English

Ability to drive cross-functional interfaces, teamwork and perform under pressure
