Software Architect

The company designs, manufactures, and markets high-performance data and voice-processing technologies that enable global telecom providers and major enterprises to deploy resilient IP-based communication infrastructures while maintaining traditional legacy carrier-grade reliability.

Employing approximately 1,000 professionals globally including a core R&D division of 500 engineers locally the enterprise combines stable, public-market strength with cutting-edge engineering pipelines.

The Israeli corporate campus is located in the Central District, operating under a flexible hybrid model offering 2 days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Principal Software Architect serving as an autonomous, high-impact technical authority across a core product division, reporting directly to the Director of R&D.

• Architecting the next-generation evolution of an enterprise-grade, high-concurrency Contact Center and Conversational IVR platform serving millions of real-time voice sessions.

• Defining high-level systemic strategies, technological selections, and cross-platform design patterns across both multi-tenant cloud (SaaS) and localized infrastructure (On-Premise) deployments.

• Authoring comprehensive, end-to-end System Design Documents (SDDs) and driving alignment between Product Management, Engineering Leads, and Security teams.

• Mentoring core development squads operating primarily in a modern .NET and Node.js ecosystem.

• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Telecommunications & VoIP Networks, Enterprise SaaS & On-Prem Architectures, Conversational IVR Engines, Contact Center Solutions, Unified Communications, System Design (SDD), Distributed Microservices.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline – Mandatory

• 2+ years of formal professional experience as a Software / System Architect within an enterprise product environment – Mandatory

• Deep architectural and practical experience designing and deploying applications across modern Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) – Mandatory

• Strong technical background in high-throughput backend ecosystems, specifically with hands-on foundational experience in .NET and/or Node.js frameworks – Mandatory

• Proven background architecting hybrid software solutions targeting both multi-tenant SaaS and complex On-Premise deployments – Mandatory

• Extensive experience authoring end-to-end architectural designs, microservices structures, and API topologies for high-concurrency or real-time data streaming systems – Mandatory

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and storytelling capabilities to influence design paradigms across multiple R&D groups – Mandatory
