Software Engineer - AI Healthcare Startup

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the development team at an AI healthcare startup, working on a real medical platform that is already used in production.

The product combines software, data, and LLM-based AI, and you will be involved in building and improving production-grade capabilities across the platform.

Mandatory Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related field

• At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience in a company/organization, working on real production systems.

• Professional experience or strong background in Health-Tech / Healthcare

• Professional experience with an AI/LLM-based product or system.

• Experience developing and maintaining real production software, not only academic projects, prototypes, POCs, or personal projects.

• Ability to understand, navigate, and contribute to an existing production codebase.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

• Ability and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-moving technical environment.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain features in a live, production-grade medical platform.

• Build new capabilities and improve existing systems.

• Work with software, data, and LLM-based components.

• Solve engineering challenges related to reliability, testing, data processing, and production systems.

• Work closely with engineers and other members of a multidisciplinary team.

• Take ownership of technical problems and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the product.
