- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing software in C++
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience
- Experience with or knowledge of Python
- Strong understanding of algorithms and algorithm development
- Experience working on complex software systems or software architecture
