About the Role EMG-Soft is hiring a C++ Developer for an outsourcing position with a leading defense company in the Krayot area. This role is ideal for early-career developers looking to gain hands-on experience in complex defense-grade software, integration, and communications systems.

Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and write production code in C++.

• Write automation scripts (Python) and execute system integration testing.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams in an active development environment.

Requirements • Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional C++ development experience OR hands-on experience from an established, specialized boot camp/training program.

• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

• University / Technion graduates: GPA 80+

• College graduates: GPA 90+

• Security Clearance: Must be eligible for Israeli security clearance.

• Work Arrangement: Full-time, 100% On-Site in the Krayot area (5 days/week).

Nice to Have • Hands-on scripting experience in Python.

• Background or understanding of networking and communications protocols.
