Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Backend & Platform Engineer, taking end-to-end ownership over designing, building, and deploying highly scalable, resilient backend services and platform infrastructures in production.

• Developing mission-critical distributed systems and backend architectures primarily using Go and Python.

• Driving high standards of system reliability, performance optimization, enterprise-grade security, CI/CD pipelines, and observability across production environments.

• Evaluating, designing, and integrating state-of-the-art AI and Autonomous Agentic capabilities directly into the core platform.

• Providing technical leadership and mentorship across cross-functional engineering teams, guiding architectural decisions from concept to production deployment.

Requirements-

• Extensive hands-on professional background in Software Engineering (7+ years) – Mandatory

• Proven hands-on software development experience with Go (Golang) and Python, with the demonstrated ability to work effectively across both – Mandatory

• Deep, practical experience in System Architecture, Production-Grade Distributed Systems, and High-Scale API Design (REST / gRPC) – Mandatory

• Strong engineering foundations in Data Modeling, Testing, Debugging, Security, Performance Optimization, Reliability, and Production Operations – Mandatory

• Hands-on production experience deploying AI-driven features or Agentic Workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, AutoGen, or equivalent – Mandatory

• Solid background in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure), Microservices, and Containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) – Mandatory

• Experience building developer platforms, infrastructure tools, or low-latency systems – Significant Advantage
