Software Engineer in Test

We're looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test to join our team and help shape the future of AI-driven quality engineering in a complex, enterprise-scale environment.

What You'll Do-

• Build intelligent Agents for Test Plan generation, Code-Gen, RCA, and Data.

• Develop RAG pipelines connecting business/technical knowledge to LLMs.

• Build Workflows based on LangChain / MCP.

• Work with CI/CD pipelines and implement AI capabilities within Quality Gates.

• Develop tools that integrate AI into enterprise automation infrastructure.

• Collaborate closely with Development, DevOps, QA, and Data teams.

• Build AI-supporting Microservices.

• Embed AI tools as an integral part of the development process.

• Develop and maintain AI capabilities within our enterprise testing platform.

Requirements-

• A former Tech Lead or Team Lead with strong hands-on experience in automation (this is not a Scrum Master role)- a must.

• Someone who leads through code - guiding and mentoring junior engineers, setting technical direction, and designing test architecture.

• 5+ years of experience in Backend / Full-Stack development.

• Proficient in Python, Java or TypeScript.

• Experience building distributed systems, Microservices, and REST APIs.

• Working knowledge of Linux.

• Strong understanding of System Design and software architecture.

• Experience with CI/CD tools: JIRA / Bitbucket / Jenkins.

• Excellent teamwork skills and a strong systems-level perspective.

• Solid understanding of AI, Agents, MCP, and RAG concepts.

Nice to Have

• Deep knowledge of Application Security and safe usage of LLMs.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, LangChain/MCP.

• Experience with Vector Databases.

• Background in test infrastructure or automation frameworks.
