About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Full-Stack .NET & React Developer to join our development team.

The role includes designing, developing, and maintaining a wide range of digital solutions, including information systems, web applications, intranet platforms, mobile solutions, and other software systems based on modern web technologies. The position focuses on hands-on development, writing high-quality code, supporting team members, and providing technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software systems and web applications.

• Develop end-to-end solutions using .NET, React, Entity Framework, and additional open-source technologies.

• Work on both client-side and server-side development.

• Translate business and technical requirements into detailed technical designs and scalable solutions.

• Develop high-quality, maintainable, secure, and efficient code.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support.

• Work with deployment processes across development, testing, staging, and production environments.

• Design and implement solutions for complex performance, scalability, load, and authorization challenges.

• Apply industry best practices, advanced design patterns, and software architecture principles.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other developers.

• Lead detailed design processes, conduct code reviews, and support team members in solving technical challenges.

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.

• Continuously improve development processes, coding standards, and system quality.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in .NET development.

• At least 5 years of professional experience developing with React.

• At least 3 years of experience with Entity Framework.

• Proven experience developing software systems, information systems, websites, intranet platforms, mobile solutions, or similar products using web technologies.

• Experience in both client-side and/or server-side development.

• Experience with deployment processes across testing and production environments.

• Experience mentoring and guiding other developers, including:

• Creating detailed technical designs.

• Conducting code reviews.

• Providing ongoing technical support and guidance.

• Assisting with troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Proven experience developing complex solutions involving:

• Performance optimization.

• High-load and scalability challenges.

• Authentication and authorization.

• Advanced design patterns and software development best practices.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and architecture principles.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional open-source technologies and frameworks.

• Experience with cloud environments and CI/CD processes.

• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
