Software Engineer

A leading technology company is looking for a Software Engineer to join its R&D team and develop software for advanced multidisciplinary products.

The company develops and markets precision positioning and encoder systems for customers worldwide across demanding industries, including defense, aerospace, medical, and space. This is a hands-on software development role within a multidisciplinary environment combining Software, Mechanics, and Analog & Digital Hardware.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications and complex systems.

• Design software architecture and implement high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Develop primarily in C#.

• Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements and implement technical solutions.

• Improve system performance and optimize existing software.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to software engineering standards and best practices.

• Work closely with engineering, product, and quality teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field – must.

• 3+ years of software development experience – must.

• Significant hands-on experience developing in C# – must.

• Experience working with version control systems – must.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Good level of English.
