Software Engineer Team Leader

Summary What You’ll Do • Lead the Internal Network engineering team - set technical direction, mentor engineers, and own delivery • Partner with security researchers and engineers to turn network and endpoint hacking techniques into automated product features • Design and ship Internal Network capabilities from idea through production, monitoring, and iteration • Turn ambiguous security problems into working solutions; learn fast from real usage and feedback • Work closely with product, peers and teammates to ship together efficiently

Requirements: • Prior experience as a tech lead or team lead - you’ve led engineers, set direction, and owned delivery • Deep expertise in network security and endpoint security • 6+ years backend engineering; owns and ships production systems end-to-end at scale • Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity; takes problems from idea to production with little oversight • Creative problem solver who moves fast without sacrificing quality • Collaborative teammate who partners closely across functions and helps the team move faster together Advantage • Background in red teaming • Prior experience in early-stage, high-growth startups • BA/B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field
