We are looking for a Software Development Team Lead with full technical authority to lead a high-performing engineering team in a complex, large-scale environment.

About the Role:

• Team Leadership: Direct management, mentoring, and professional growth of a 9-developer team.

• Full Technical Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for system architecture, development standards, code quality, and cloud infrastructure.

• AI & Innovation: Driving AI tool adoption across the software development lifecycle, alongside overseeing product-level AI/LLM features (Agents, Routing, Tool-calling).

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Working closely with project management to bridge business goals and technical execution.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years as a Team Lead / Tech Lead (direct management of 5+ developers).

• Tech Stack: Solid Full-Stack foundation with proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, and React.

• Architecture & Cloud: Proven hands-on experience with distributed microservices, Monorepo environments (e.g., Nx), and cloud/DevOps technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform).

• AI Mindset: Strong grasp of AI tools for engineering productivity (Copilot, Cursor) as well as familiarity with LLM/Agent architecture principles.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in GIS / digital mapping environments.

• Background in government projects or high-security/compliance environments.
