Role Description-
• Serving as the company’s sole Fullstack Engineering Team Lead, reporting directly to the CEO and leading an agile squad of 6 Fullstack Engineers in a high-impact, hands-on leadership capacity.
• Driving core software architecture, technical roadmaps, and key system design decisions while writing production-grade code on a daily basis.
• Developing robust web applications and microservices across a modern technology stack utilizing Node.js, TypeScript, Python, React, and Cloud infrastructure.
• Integrating generative AI features and automated workflows directly into the product to enhance customer and operational experiences.
• Architecting resilient, high-scale systems adhering strictly to healthcare and financial compliance standards, including HIPAA and SOC 2.
• Providing technical mentorship, fostering best engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, clean code), and establishing an elite, collaborative engineering culture.

• Solid technical familiarity with AI technologies, Cloud environments, and regulated frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA) – Mandatory
• Proven ability to thrive and execute independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with evolving priorities – Mandatory
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills – Mandatory
• Pragmatic, proactive problem-solver with an extreme sense of ownership – Mandatory
• Professional background in Digital Health, HealthTech, FinTech, or other heavily regulated industries – Advantage
