Software Team Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Team Lead to ELTA Division.

This role includes:

• Leading a team developing complex algorithms for unique, large-scale projects.

• Hands-on development in C++ within Linux and Windows environments.

• Extensive cross-functional collaboration with algorithm engineers, system engineers, and QA teams.

• Mentoring and developing software engineers, implementing development methodologies, and continuously enhancing the team’s professional capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant academic background – Advantage.

• At least 2 years of team leadership experience – Mandatory.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on C++ development experience – Mandatory.

• Proven experience with OOD and OOP – Mandatory.

• Experience working in an Agile development methodology – Mandatory.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes – Advantage.

• Theoretical knowledge in physics and radar systems – Advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong teamwork abilities, and a drive for excellence.
