🕒 Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We're looking for an experienced Software Team Lead to lead the development of advanced software solutions for the defense and simulation industry.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining software development, technical leadership, customer engagement, and team management. You'll work closely with customers to define technical requirements, drive architecture and technical decisions, and lead projects from concept to delivery.

We're especially interested in candidates with experience developing software for simulation systems, autonomous vehicles, UAVs, drones, robotics, or other mission-critical defense technologies. Key Responsibilities ✔ Lead the design, architecture, and development of complex software systems.

✔ Work directly with customers to define technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

✔ Drive technical excellence, software quality, and engineering best practices.

✔ Lead system integration, validation, and customer acceptance activities.

✔ Mentor and lead software engineers while remaining hands-on in development. Requirements ✔ 5+ years of software development experience.

✔ Previous experience leading software development teams.

✔ Strong hands-on experience with C++.

✔ Experience developing software for simulation systems, autonomous vehicles, UAVs, drones, robotics, or defense technologies.

✔ Experience designing and developing complex software systems.

✔ Experience working with Linux and Git.

✔ Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.

✔ Israeli citizenship and eligibility for security clearance. Nice to Have ➕ Experience developing real-time or high-performance systems.

➕ Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, or VBS.

➕ Experience with HLA/DIS, MAVLink, ArduPilot, or DJI SDK.

➕ Experience with AI, Computer Vision, or Machine Learning.
