Globally acclaimed for developing core command-and-control (C2) architectures powering world-renowned strategic defense systems, the company also deploys its advanced operational platforms across critical civil infrastructure, including smart cities, energy grids, Industry 4.0, and connected mobility.

Employing approximately 200 professionals, the organization combines deep institutional stability with high-impact engineering challenges of national and international significance.

The company is located in the Central region adjacent to the train station and operate (the position requires passing security clearance).

Role Description-

• Serving as a Software Development Team Lead / Engineering Manager, leading an organic multidisciplinary squad of 6–8 Software Engineers and QA Engineers.

• Providing comprehensive people management, mentorship, career growth, and technical leadership while driving the architectural vision for mission-critical software solutions.

• Leading the development and maintenance of high-availability, real-time command, control, and orchestration platforms developed primarily in C# and .NET.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with Systems Engineers, Product Managers, and operational end-users to translate complex mission requirements into robust technical specifications.

• Championing software craftsmanship, rigorous code reviews, automated CI/CD practices, and modern engineering workflows, including integrating AI-assisted developer tooling.

• Navigating high-reliability operational constraints, latency demands, and security requirements inherent to strategic defense and infrastructure environments.

Requirements-

• Proven track record as a Software Development Team Lead, Engineering Manager, or Senior Technical Lead – Mandatory

• Substantial hands-on software development experience in C# and .NET – Mandatory

• Demonstrated ability to obtain an Israeli Security Clearance (סיווג ביטחוני) – Mandatory

• Strong technical leadership capabilities, an exceptional sense of ownership, and proven problem-solving abilities – Mandatory

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and operational stakeholders – Mandatory

• Hands-on experience developing with WPF / .NET desktop client architectures – Advantage

• Prior background working with Mission-Critical or Operational Real-Time Systems – Significant Advantage

• Genuine interest or practical experience with AI-powered development tools and workflows – Advantage
