Soldering Operator

DRS RADA Technologies , a leading defense company developing and manufacturing life-saving radar systems, is seeking a Soldering Technician for its manufacturing facility in Beit She’an . The role involves performing IPC-standard soldering of electronic components, including SMT and through-hole assemblies, as well as precision soldering under a microscope. Requirements: • At least 2 years of experience soldering SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and Through-Hole (TH) electronic components. • Experience performing IPC Class 3 soldering – Required . • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly documentation. • IPC certification – Required . • Availability for full-time employment and overtime work .
