As part of the core AWS account team the Customer Solutions Manager, will help our customers to arrive in that future.

You will work across AWS teams and apply your technical and program management expertise to serve some of the largest Israeli Public Sector customers.

Successful candidates will have a strong delivery and change management background, be detail oriented, have excellent problem-solving abilities, and be exemplary communicator both at the executive and project team level.

You will have the ability to gain stakeholder buy-in, negotiate and lead virtual teams.

Key job responsibilities

You will be an AWS evangelist and influence your customers to allocate the appropriate resources to achieve their goals. Your technical expertise and operational excellence will influence your team’s decisions and help us drive secure and robust customer solutions. You will also need to assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, balance trade-offs, and encourage risk-tasking to maximize business value.

Basic Qualifications

• 9+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience

• 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent

• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English and Hebrew.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification

• Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar
