The company is building an AI-native enterprise platform that enables organizations to automate complex, end-to-end workflows across their existing business systems.
The platform learns how experienced employees execute processes, understands decisions and exceptions along the way, and uses AI agents to autonomously execute these workflows - turning manual, knowledge-intensive operations into scalable, intelligent automation.
The company has raised an exceptionally large Seed round and already has paying enterprise customers, including large-scale customers in the US.
This is an opportunity to join a highly technical engineering team and work on challenging problems across backend architecture, distributed systems, AI agents and production-scale infrastructure.
Looking for engineers who:
• Have strong Backend engineering experience
• Come from an agentic, GenAI-native or highly technical startup environment
• Have built complex, scalable production systems
• Enjoy deep technical challenges and take strong ownership
• Thrive in fast-moving environments with a very high engineering bar
Experience with LLMs, AI agents, orchestration, distributed systems or enterprise platforms is highly advantageous.
