About the position: The Special Projects Lead in Port's CEO's Office serves as a strategic connection point between Port's product organization and its go-to-market teams. Reporting to the Field CTO, this role addresses the company's highest-priority challenges as they emerge, and operates across a broad and evolving scope of strategic initiatives. The core of the role is 0→1 execution. Each quarter, the position is aligned to specific company KPIs, and is responsible for building the required foundations from the ground up: processes, tooling, content, and enablement infrastructure. Initiatives are developed, validated, and operationalized before being transitioned to the relevant owning team. Execution spans a wide range of activities depending on the initiative in focus. These may include: • Building product demos and technical assets on the Port platform • Partnering with marketing to produce content that communicates Port's positioning to the market • Meeting with customers and prospects to gather feedback and validate direction • Representing Port at industry conferences and events • Conducting market research to inform where the company invests next • Designing and standing up new internal processes, programs, and tooling The scope of this role is intentionally broad and will evolve alongside company priorities. It is well suited to a candidate who thrives on breadth, operates with speed and autonomy, and is motivated by working at the center of the business. What success will look like: • Own strategic initiatives end to end, from definition through execution and handover, working in close partnership with the Field CTO on direction while driving the execution independently • Proactively identify signals in the market, product, or field, and initiate ideas and projects independently, without waiting for direction from the Field CTO or CEO • Set a consistently high quality bar, delivering work that is best in class rather than simply complete • Operate independently in front of customers and prospects, running meetings and demos with confidence and credibility • Become a recognized internal expert on both the Port platform and the broader market, and a person other teams come to for answers • Move quickly across changing priorities, ramping into new domains and delivering meaningful output within weeks rather than months The clearest signal of success is that initiatives this person touches move faster, land better, and reach a higher standard than they would have otherwise.

Requirements: • 4 years of experience in Engineering / technical customer facing roles, with hands-on technical ability • Hands-on experience with AI tools and agents: prompting, building automations, working with agentic workflows • Strong presentation skills, comfortable running meetings and demos in front of technical and executive audiences • Fluent English (written and verbal) and Hebrew • Experience with dev tools, platform engineering, or DevOps concepts is a strong plus • Advantage for experience in Sales engineering, Product Marketing, and technical GTM roles Personal Attributes & Mindset • Exceptional communicator, written and verbal, able to adapt to technical, executive, and customer audiences • Winner mindset: optimistic, competitive, and eager to take on any challenge • Sharp problem solver, able to break down complex and ambiguous problems into clear direction • Confident and engaging presence, comfortable leading a room • High ownership: takes responsibility and follows through end to end • Autodidact, learns new tools, domains, and problems fast with minimal guidance • Comfortable with ambiguity and constantly shifting scope • Cares deeply about quality, impact, and the success of the company as a whole • Extensive travel could be required
