Sub-Contractor Planning Manager

DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. Join a leading defense technology company and take a key role in planning and managing subcontractor operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment, supporting the development of advanced life-saving radar systems. Overall responsibility for planning subcontractor requirements in accordance with the company-wide sales forecast. Monitoring and controlling subcontractor demand plans. The role includes managing the material supply chain at a system-wide level, with a broad understanding of organizational and project needs. Key Responsibilities: • Preparing requirement and demand plans for all subcontractors. • Planning and managing subcontractor schedules according to project requirements. • Ongoing coordination with internal interfaces (Operations, Procurement, Engineering, etc.). • Identifying gaps and leading improvement and efficiency processes. • Generating reports and KPIs for management and control purposes.

Requirements: • Previous experience in planning and/or coordinating work with subcontractors – mandatory. • High proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Priority / SAP – advantage). • Ability to work with multiple interfaces and manage several tasks simultaneously. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a system-wide perspective. • Strong English skills. • Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering & Management / Logistics / related field) – mandatory.
