Supply Chain & Manufacturing Manager

We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Manufacturing Manager to lead and scale our manufacturing and supply chain operations. This is a key role for someone who enjoys building processes, optimizing operations and driving execution in a fast-growing company. What You'll Do • Lead and scale our manufacturing and supply chain operations • Manage procurement, inventory, logistics and supplier relationships • Build and optimize production processes to support company growth • Work closely with R&D, Operations and external partners to ensure seamless execution • Drive planning, operational excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements: • 7+ years of experience leading manufacturing and supply chain operations • Proven experience managing production and procurement in a hardware environment • Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturers • Strong leadership and project management skills • Fluent English Advantages • Experience in the defense industry • Experience scaling manufacturing operations • Experience leading large teams
