As we expand, we're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Support & Compliance Agent to join our great team! In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of player financial transactions and identity verification.

Responsibilities

• Process player financial requests accurately and efficiently.

• Manage repetitive operational tasks.

• Handle Know Your Customer (KYC) requests, including document review.

• Maintain detailed records of transactions and KYC & Identify and escalate process discrepancies.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a detail-oriented operational role.

• High level of English proficiency (written and verbal)

• Strong basic Excel skills.

• Proven ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy and speed.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Proactive and self-motivated.

• Ability to work Monday to Friday.
