Support Engineer - Student Position — N2W (Haifa, hybrid)

N2W is a cloud-native backup and disaster recovery platform for AWS, Azure, and GCP. We help companies around the world protect their cloud workloads and recover fast when things go wrong.

We're looking for a student to join our Customer Support team. This isn't a side gig — it's a real, hands-on role with a clear path to becoming a full support engineer.

The deal:

• 📍 Haifa office, hybrid — 1–2 days on-site, the rest remote

• 🗓️ One fixed Sunday shift + flexible weekday hours (plus the occasional cover)

• 🗣️ Fluent English, spoken and written — our customers are global and you'll talk to them live

• ☁️ Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP? Big plus. Not yet? We'll teach you

• 🎓 Currently a student — CS/IT/technical track preferred, no help-desk experience needed

• 📈 You'll ramp up to running your own cases, not stay parked on triage

You'll work with a support team spread across the US, UK, and Israel, solve real technical problems for real customers, and come out the other side with skills that actually matter.
