Role Overview

RAD is looking for an experienced System Administrator to design, implement, administer, and support the organization's enterprise infrastructure across Linux, Windows, and virtualization platforms. The role focuses on maintaining highly available, secure, and scalable IT services while advancing automation, monitoring, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence. The System Administrator will work closely with DevOps, Engineering, and business teams to ensure reliable infrastructure for critical production systems. This role reports to the IT Infrastructure Manager and is a full-time position based at RAD's offices in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Administration

• Administer and maintain enterprise Linux and Windows Server environments.

• Manage Nutanix AHV infrastructure, including Prism Central and Prism Element, virtual machine lifecycle management, storage containers, networking, snapshots, high availability, capacity planning, and performance optimization.

• Install, configure, upgrade, patch, migrate, and troubleshoot enterprise servers and infrastructure services.

• Ensure infrastructure availability, resilience, and business continuity.

Enterprise Infrastructure Services

• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, PKI/Certificate Services, and IIS.

• Manage SSL/TLS certificates and Certificate Authority (CA) infrastructure.

Monitoring & Reliability

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring solutions using Zabbix.

• Develop and maintain custom monitoring templates, triggers, dashboards, discovery rules, and alerting mechanisms.

• Perform root cause analysis and proactively improve infrastructure reliability and performance.

Security & Compliance

• Maintain secure infrastructure in accordance with industry best practices and organizational standards.

• Manage PKI, SSL/TLS certificates, and secure communications.

• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and security initiatives.

Technical Support & Operations

• Provide Tier 2/3 infrastructure support.

• Troubleshoot complex issues across Linux, Windows, virtualization, and application environments.

• Support production systems and collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, business teams, and international stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure administration.

• Proven experience administering complex IT infrastructure in a medium-to-large organization.

• Strong Linux and Windows Server administration skills.

• Hands-on experience with Nutanix AHV.

• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, PKI, SSL/TLS, SMTP, and IIS.

• Experience with Zabbix and infrastructure automation tools.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.
