תחומי אחריות
• ניהול, תחזוקה ושדרוג של תשתיות Microsoft.
• עבודה עם Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 ותשתיות היברידיות.
• ניהול שירותי זהויות והרשאות, כולל Entra ID, SSO, MFA ו-Conditional Access.
• ניהול סביבות RDS / Terminal Services ופרסום יישומים.
• ניהול מערכי גיבוי, רפליקציה והתאוששות מאסון באמצעות Veeam.
• תפעול, תחזוקה ופתרון תקלות בסביבות Check Point ו-Cisco Meraki.
• טיפול בתקלות מורכבות, שיפור ביצועי מערכות והקשחת תשתיות.
• עבודה מול צוותי IT, ספקים וממשקים פנים-ארגוניים.
• השתתפות בפרויקטי תשתיות, מיגרציות, שדרוגים והטמעות.
• כתיבת תיעוד טכני ונהלי עבודה.
