System Administrator

Wanted: System Administrator for a AdTech company in Ramat Gan.This is a very rewarding full-time.

Job Responsibilities:

● Oversee and optimize cross-platform IT infrastructure, managing Windows and Mac systems, switches, routers, firewalls, and core network components.

● Administer user lifecycles, access rights, and security policies across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise IT platforms.

● Drive daily IT operations independently in Israel while aligning with global standards and offshore IT leadership.

● Proactively execute system monitoring, security patching, end-user technical support, and comprehensive IT documentation.

Job Requirements:

● 3+ years of proven hands-on experience as a System Administrator or in a similar enterprise IT role.

● Deep operational expertise with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows system administration.

● Practical experience with core networking protocols, firewall configuration, switches, routers, and endpoint security.

● Demonstrated ability to work independently with high self-discipline within a global reporting structure (reporting to a manager abroad).

● Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, paired with fluent spoken and written English.
