System Analyst – DATA & AI | Leading Financial Institution

A leading financial institution is looking for a System Analyst to join a challenging role focused on delivering DATA and AI-based solutions, from business needs analysis through technological design, development, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into DATA and AI-based technological solutions

• Define business and technical requirements with business stakeholders and development teams

• Write functional and technical specifications, including ERD design

• Support development and implementation processes

• Work closely with Data Development teams, Data Engineers, and Analysts

• Design data structures and system-to-system interfaces, including API specifications

• Support integration with the organization’s core systems

• Investigate existing processes and perform Reverse Engineering

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in DATA project analysis – mandatory

• Proven experience in requirements analysis and system design within AGILE environments – mandatory

• Strong experience working with diverse and complex databases, including writing complex SQL queries – mandatory

• Experience working in large financial organizations – mandatory

• Strong understanding of banking processes and system integration – mandatory

• Proven ability to investigate processes and perform Reverse Engineering – mandatory

• Strong system-level thinking and understanding of processes and architecture – mandatory

• Experience designing data structures, system interfaces, and APIs – mandatory

• Experience with Salesforce systems – an advantage
