About the role:

NESS is looking for a Systems Analyst.

The role includes leading end-to-end requirements and systems analysis processes, working with business stakeholders, development teams, and vendors, and supporting requirements from the initiation stage through production deployment.

Full-time, hybrid position in Jerusalem and Modi'in.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis within a medium-sized or large organization.

• Proven experience leading end-to-end analysis and specification processes.

• Experience working with business stakeholders, development teams, and multiple interfaces.

• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions while understanding system capabilities and constraints.

• Experience supporting development teams and providing professional guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

• Experience with core systems, financial systems, or complex operational systems – significant advantage.

• Experience working in a large organization and in a multi-interface environment – significant advantage.

• Experience working with Agile methodology – significant advantage.

• Familiarity with databases and basic data reading/analysis – advantage.
