System Architect – Advanced RF & Wireless Systems

A leading technology company is seeking an experienced System Architect

to define and drive the architecture of next-generation wireless communication systems.

The role combines deep RF expertise with system-level ownership, working across multidisciplinary R&D teams to develop highly complex communication platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own end-to-end RF system architecture, from RF front-end through digital interfaces and system integration.

• Lead architecture decisions and technical trade-offs across RF, hardware, digital, firmware, software, and algorithm teams.

• Define RF subsystem requirements, specifications, interfaces, and performance targets.

• Perform system-level analysis including link budget, noise budget, gain, dynamic range, and RF performance optimization.

• Define and review RF architectures including transceivers, RF components, converters, calibration mechanisms, and advanced antenna systems.

• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external technology partners on RF silicon and hardware solutions.

• Lead system integration, validation, qualification, and performance optimization activities.

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• 5+ years of experience in RF / Wireless System Architecture.

• Strong understanding of RF chains, transceivers, PA/LNA, filters, mixers, converters, and RF performance parameters.

• Experience with RF system analysis, simulations, and laboratory validation.

• Experience with LTE/5G, MIMO, beamforming, phased arrays, or advanced wireless systems – advantage.

• Experience defining requirements for RFIC/ASIC-based solutions – advantage.

• Strong system-level thinking and ability to lead multidisciplinary technical activities.
