System Engineer

As part of our continued growth and innovation, we are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our multidisciplinary R&D team and play a key role in the development and integration of next-generation aesthetic platforms. • Take part in defining system and subsystem requirements and maintain traceability from user needs to design inputs. • Support system integration and bring-up of energy-based platforms and applicators, such as laser and diode modules, RF and ultrasound generators, cooling systems, and embedded software. • Contribute to risk management activities, including FMEA and hazard analysis • Prepare and maintain design control documentation, such as specifications, DHF inputs and ECOs. • Help prepare systems for safety and regulatory testing, such as IEC 60601 and IEC 60825 laser safety, together with developers, QA and RA. • Investigate technical issues from production and the field, perform root cause analysis, and support CAPAs. • Work closely with electrical, mechanical, optical, software, clinical, service, manufacturing and external subcontractor teams

Requirements: • B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical or Systems Engineering, or Physics. • 3-5 years experience in R&D environment integration of multidisciplinary systems. Relevant academic projects, army service or internships count. • A "can-do" attitude: you face new challenges with energy and look for how to make things happen, not reasons why they can't. • A constant drive to learn: you enjoy picking up new technologies, whether that's lasers, RF, ultrasound, cooling, electronics or software. • A multidisciplinary mindset: you want to understand how the whole product works, and you're comfortable moving between optics, mechanics, electronics and software. • Independence: you can take a task, plan it, and move it forward on your own without close supervision, and you know when to raise a flag. • Responsibility and ownership: you follow through on your commitments and see tasks through to the end. • Communicative and a team player: you share information openly, keep people updated on your progress, and work well with engineers, production, service and external suppliers. You can explain technical issues clearly in conversation and in writing. • Hands-on attitude and comfort in the lab with measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, power meters and thermal sensors. • Analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to write clear technical documentation. • Fluent in Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
