System Engineer

The company is located in the Central region adjacent to the train station and operates on-site from the offices.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Systems Engineer / Technical Lead, taking end-to-end technical responsibility for the definition, architecture, and system-level lifecycle of mission-critical real-time software systems.

• Leading multidisciplinary engineering processes—from operational requirements gathering and system-level concept definition to writing comprehensive technical specifications (System Architecture, ICDs, CONOPS).

• Partnering closely with Software R&D, Algorithms, QA, and operational stakeholders to guide system development, integration, and field deployment.

• Managing technical project plans, system roadmaps, engineering risks, and delivery schedules utilizing project management tools.

• Analyzing complex operational trade-offs across performance, latency, reliability, and usability in large-scale command and control environments.

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Electrical / Aerospace / Mechanical / Computer Engineering or Software Engineering – Mandatory

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer / Technical Lead / Technical Product Manager within a technology company – Mandatory

• 3+ years of hands-on R&D engineering experience (or equivalent rigorous academic research background) – Mandatory

• Strong proficiency with MS Office tools, including MS Project – Mandatory

• Hands-on experience in the design and development of Aerospace, Military, C4I, or C2 Systems – Significant Advantage

• Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering – Advantage

• Active Israeli Security Clearance (Level 3) – Advantage
