- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline
- 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in Systems Engineering of complex multidisciplinary systems
- Solid hands-on technical background with Sensors, Airborne Communication Datalinks, and Dedicated UAV Payloads (EO/IR, RF, etc.)
- Strong multidisciplinary engineering foundation with proven ability to lead complex hardware-software-mechanical integration

The organization offers an elite, hands-on engineering culture with direct involvement across the full aerial system lifecycle from initial design to active flight test campaigns. The company is located in the Sharon / North-Central region and operates fully on-site from the offices.
Role Description
• Serving as a Senior UAV Systems Engineer, taking end-to-end engineering ownership across the entire system lifecycle from concept and requirements definition to ground testing and flight trials.
• Defining system-level requirements, architectural frameworks, and comprehensive Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for UAV platforms, covering mechanical, electrical, software, and avionics subsystems.
• Leading cross-functional system integration processes, managing complex interfaces between flight control, payload electronics, mechanical structures, and embedded software layers.
• Leading end-to-end Verification & Validation (V&V) programs, actively supporting ground testing, flight test execution, telemetry analysis, and post-flight performance evaluation.
• Interfacing with aviation regulatory authorities, defense customers, and strategic suppliers to ensure strict adherence to airborne safety standards and aerospace regulations.
• Translating high-level operational concepts and customer requirements into detailed engineering architectures and technical specifications.
• Authoring and managing comprehensive system engineering documentation, including requirements baselines, test plans, and flight test analytical reports.
Requirements-
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on industry experience in Systems Engineering of complex multidisciplinary systems (5+ years), with a strong preference for Aviation and UAV platforms – Mandatory
• Solid hands-on technical background with Sensors, Airborne Communication Datalinks, and Dedicated UAV Payloads (EO/IR, RF, etc.) – Mandatory
• Strong multidisciplinary engineering foundation with proven ability to lead complex hardware-software-mechanical integration – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience with UAV development, flight integration, or field/flight testing – Significant Advantage
