System Engineer

Elbit Systems in Holon is looking for a System Engineer to join a leading team developing next-generation EW systems

In this role you will

Define firmware functionality and architecture for advanced EW systems

Define system requirements and write specification documents, ICDs and test documents

Work closely with Hardware, RF, FPGA and Software teams to implement system requirements

Support development teams from the specification phase through product delivery

Participate in and lead technical and system design reviews with customers and development teams

Lead integration activities and system verification in company laboratories

Participate in experiments, field tests and integration activities at customer sites in Israel and abroad

Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

At least 5 years of experience in System Engineering for multidisciplinary systems

Experience In Writing Requirements, Specifications And System Engineering Documents

Familiarity with RF transmission and reception systems, signal processing and FPGA architectures

Experience in EW or Radar systems – An advantage

Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, including technical writing and presentations

Willingness to travel abroad for integration activities, experiments and customer support

Ability to lead multiple technical interfaces, strong system-level thinking and work in a complex environment
