A leading company in the aerospace and defense sector is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering team developing advanced airborne systems.
This is a hands-on systems engineering role with involvement throughout the full system lifecycle, from requirements definition and system design through integration, verification, validation, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead system engineering activities throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Define system requirements and translate operational and customer needs into technical solutions.
• Lead system integration, verification, validation, and testing activities.
• Coordinate technical activities across hardware, software, electronics, mechanics, and other engineering disciplines.
• Analyze system-level challenges and drive technical solutions to resolution.
• Manage technical interfaces between engineering teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Participate in technical reviews and support engineering decision-making.
• Support customer-facing technical activities throughout the system lifecycle.
Requirements
• B.Sc. in Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• M.Sc. in Systems Engineering – an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in complex multidisciplinary hardware-software systems.
• Proven experience in system integration and end-to-end product development.
• Hands-on engineering background in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience in aerospace, UAV/UAS, autonomous systems, or defense – an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
