System Engineer

The role includes leading projects from early stages until final delivery.

Working with project managers to conduct surveys and manage the development process.

Processing customer requirements into system requirements and design documents for development teams.

Guiding the development and QA teams along product development and the testing process.

Accompanying the installation, training and delivery process to the customer.

Direct interface with multiple teams in the company.

Integration of innovative technologies, including AI, for requirements analysis, solution optimization, and system alternatives evaluation.

Qualifications

Experience in characterizing software systems such as C4I / Radar / Communication / Sigint.

Experience working with software development teams.

Experience and understanding software technologies (development environments, infrastructure, databases, communications)

Experience working in Agile methodology with Jira

Hands-on experience with AI/ML-based tools (e.g., scenario analysis, performance prediction, or data-driven decision support) – strong advantage

Understanding of AI technology integration within system engineering and development processes – advantage
