System Engineer

Main Responsibilities:  Feature Ownership (Architecture to Production) • Take ownership of features once system architecture is defined, driving implementation, integration, and validation through to release. • Serve as the accountable owner for assigned features post-release, triaging, reproducing, and resolving customer-reported issues, and looping in architecture only when root cause requires a design change. System Integration & Technical Leadership • Ensure proper operation and integration of all software components and their interfaces with logic and validation modules. • Investigate and resolve complex system-wide issues and bugs across multiple teams. Cross-Team Collaboration • Key stakeholder in defining interface contracts (APIs, protocols, timing/resource constraints) across software, hardware, and RF signal-chain boundaries. • Drive integration plans, dry runs, and troubleshooting for system-wide features. • Serve as the R&D point of contact for the Customer Support team, providing technical guidance and escalation support on customer-reported issues. Quality & Execution Excellence • Champion clean architecture, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices. • Ensure documentation (design specs, interface definitions, runbooks) is complete and up to date.

Requirements: Key Requirements: Must-Have • 5+ years of experience in system engineering, with strong hands-on software engineering skills. • Proven track record in system integration and debugging complex, multi-component environments. • Proficiency in at least two programming domains (e.g., Embedded C/C++/Linux, Python, Backend). • Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and software development best practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams. • Strong English communication skills. Education • B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Preferred • Experience in hardware/software co-design or real-time systems. • Familiarity with automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and performance profiling. • Familiarity with RF or analog signal chains.
