System Engineer

🚀 We’re Hiring | System Engineer | Netanya

For a leading defense company in Netanya, we’re looking for an experienced System Engineer to join the development of complex, multidisciplinary systems and take a key role throughout the full system lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

• Define system architecture, characteristics and technical requirements

• Write, manage and maintain system-level requirements

• Participate in and lead design reviews

• Take an active part in system integration and testing processes

• Work closely with multidisciplinary development and integration teams

• Guide and monitor internal and external subcontractors

• Interface with customers and support engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle

What we’re looking for:

• Bsc in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Avionics Engineering

• Experience in System Engineering and leading engineering processes

• Strong system-level thinking with the ability to dive into technical details

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and customers

• High-level English

• Willingness to travel abroad

Advantages:

• Background in IDF technological units such as MASHA 7000, RAPAT, C4I, or previous experience in the defense industry

• Experience in platform development, radio systems and/or communication networks

• Experience writing technical specifications and manuals
