System Infrastructure Team Lead

We are looking for a System Infrastructure Team Lead to lead and empower a team of System Administrators managing critical, large-scale core enterprise infrastructure across hybrid environments for a global tech company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of System Administrators using Agile practices to support global business growth and high system availability.

• Oversee end-to-end enterprise infrastructure, datacenter lifecycle, virtualization, and backup platforms.

• Drive technical roadmap, operational excellence, process improvements, and serve as top-tier technical leadership escalation.

Requirements

• 4+ years leading IT Systems / Infrastructure teams in large-scale enterprise environments within a global tech company.

• Extensive background in core IT infrastructure, On-Premises Datacenters, and Hybrid Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) architectures.

• Strong background in VMware / Hyper-V virtualization technologies.

• Proven experience with enterprise backup and recovery solutions (Veeam / Commvault).

• Deep understanding of Windows Server / Linux, Entra ID, and Intune ecosystem.

• Experience leading teams in Agile environments.

• Basic understanding of automation concepts and IaC (Terraform / CloudFormation).

• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
