A leading defense organization in Central Israel is looking for a System Integration Engineer to join a key engineering role working with advanced and complex radar systems.

This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary position involving system integration, testing, installation, troubleshooting, and field operations. The role requires a strong understanding of the complete system environment, including hardware, communications, and computing infrastructure.

This is not a software development position – it is a technical, system-oriented role for engineers who enjoy working hands-on with complex multidisciplinary systems.

What You'll Do

• Perform integration, operation, and testing of complex Radar Systems

• Work with Command & Control (C2) systems

• Install and connect hardware, communication, and computing components

• Perform system integration from initial setup through full operational deployment

• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide real-time technical solutions

• Diagnose faults and perform component-level repairs

• Work with communication protocols, network cards, and testing equipment

• Replace and maintain system components

• Work closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary engineering teams

• Support system integration and operational activities in the field

• Participate in projects in Israel and abroad

What We're Looking For

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering – required

• Proven experience integrating complex / multidisciplinary systems – required

• Strong system-level understanding across hardware, communications, and computing environments

• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines

• Experience with defense or military systems – an advantage

• Willingness to travel abroad – required
