System Integration & Test Engineer | Leading Defense Organization | Shfela Area

A leading defense organization in the Shfela area is looking for a System Integration & Test Engineer to join a development lab working on complex multidisciplinary electronic systems.

The role combines hands-on system integration and testing across Hardware, Firmware, Software, RF, and communication interfaces, advanced debugging, test automation, and close collaboration with Systems, Electronics, and Software Engineering teams.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute system-level integration and testing for complex electronic systems

• Develop Test Plans, test scenarios, and edge cases based on system requirements

• Integrate Hardware, Firmware, Software, RF, and communication components

• Design, build, and operate laboratory test setups

• Perform system-level debugging, failure analysis, and root cause investigation

• Work with laboratory equipment including Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, and Spectrum Analyzers

• Work with communication interfaces and protocols such as CAN, Ethernet, and UART

• Develop scripts and use automation tools for system testing

• Document issues and collaborate with development teams on resolution and system improvements

• Prepare test documentation, results reports, and performance metrics

• Analyze the system-level impact of component changes and propose improvements

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary Systems, Hardware, Software, and RF teams

What We're Looking For

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering – required

• 2+ years of experience in development and/or testing labs for complex electronic systems – required

• Experience with electronic system integration and testing

• Familiarity with communication interfaces such as CAN, Ethernet, and UART

• Experience with test and measurement software and equipment

• Hands-on debugging experience using Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, and Spectrum Analyzers

• Experience writing scripts for automated testing

• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams
