Job Description: You will ensure successful deployment, integration, and configuration of our cybersecurity solutions within client IT infrastructures, collaborating with clients and internal teams for high-quality implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Deployment:

• Lead deployment and integration of solutions in client environments.

• Define and document integration requirements with clients.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot during and after implementation.

• Collaborate with vendor support to resolve technical issues.

Client Engagement and Training:

• Conduct training sessions for clients.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance post-deployment.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Wide knowledge of variety of cyber security-landscape oriented topics.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (Windows, Linux, cloud).

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience in system integration, implementation, and deployment of security solutions.
